About Your Life Coach
Michelle White came to coaching upon retirement from a 35 year career in sales, customer service, sales and customer service management in diverse types of settings, including service industry, manufacturing, convention business and retail shop. Through it all, what was of utmost importance was achieving excellence at a personal level and for the fulfillment of the companies’ commitments to their clientele.
Throughout her life, she was motivated to study human behavior in order to understand what causes the difficulties in human relationships that prevented them from getting along and being happy. This quest led to studies as varied as psychology, spirituality, including the Course in Miracles, yoga, and philosophical writings and much much more.
Upon retirement and after a period of reflection she was inspired to pursue a formal training leading to a Certification in Life and Executive Coaching. This formation of 1500 hours of classroom teaching included a certification as Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming. During this formation 200 of these hours were dedicated to supervised coaching with paying clients.
As a professional coach, she wants to help people define and reach lasting goals through acquiring new behaviors and abilities that can help solve their problems. As a coach she is partnering with you in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize the client’s personal and professional potential.
Michelle offre aussi ses services en français.
